Administrative Specialist – Morning Shift

We are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist to manage key office operations during the morning shift. If you’re organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly matter, this position could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
Assist with sales and customer onboarding
Create and maintain customer accounts
Create, update, and manage documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and, when needed, Microsoft Office.
Support marketing and community outreach initiatives as needed
Attend weekly staff trainings and contribute to team growth

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
Strong written, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Comfortable using technology, including Google Workspace and CRM systems
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation and a laptop computer
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Summer Camp Coach Position

Gardner’s Best Kids is expanding again! We are now hiring coaches, teachers, and paraprofessionals with experience in any of the following:

Martial Arts

Dance

Parkour

Cheerleading

Soccer

Basketball

Flag Football

P.E. Type Games & Activities

Arts & Crafts

Theater

Music

K-5th Grade Educational Activities

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have experience working with children
Must be drug and tobacco-free
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a positive attitude, be coachable and willing to learn new skills
Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication
Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success! :)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm (AM Shift) or 1:00 - 6:00pm (PM Shift). This awesome job offers up to 25hrs/wk with a starting pay of $16.50 - 18.50/hr.
