Admin Position – (PM Shift Available)

Borges Martial Arts & Gardner’s Best Kids are expanding, and we are now accepting resumes for our PM admin position! This job will be filled very quickly, so read below to see if you are going to be a great fit!
This position includes:
- Making and answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Responding to social media messages
- Sales
- Creating and updating customer accounts
- Modifying documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Attending weekly staff trainings
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be drug and tobacco-free
- Must have personal transportation
- Must have a laptop computer
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
- Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm
Hours: Monday-Friday 1:00pm – 6:00pm (PM Shift)
This awesome job offers up to 25 hours per week with a starting pay of $16.50-19.50 per hour.

Front Desk Position (Acton Location)

Borges Martial Arts & Gardner’s Best Kids are growing again, and we are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual to welcome our customers and assist with customer service-related goals!
We provide programs for children, teens, and adults in a high-energy environment! If you love to be around happy, motivated people, then this position is going to be the perfect fit!
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be drug and tobacco-free
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
- Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm
- Must have computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive
- Must have knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm – 7:30pm
This awesome job offers 16 hours per week with a starting pay of $16.50 per hour. Additional hours available during events.
